16 First Stage.
Representing the peak of technology, the MR 16 diphragm first stages
are coated with a special shock and scratch-resistant shiny black
coating for durability slick look. The two HP ports allow
it to position the pressure gauge, the integrated computer, or the
transmitter of stand-alone integrated computers either to the right
or to the left. Four pre-oriented intermediate pressure ports
are provided for rational hose layout. The preferential D.F.C.
port minimises the breathing effort. The MR 16 is availablewith
an INT or DIN adaptor and can be fitted with the anti-freeze CWD(Cold
Water Diving) system. One more guarantee if you dive in freezing
waters.
In 1993, MR 12 Voltrex was approved by the U.S. Navy after passing the severe test required. This was an official confirmation of its extremely high performance characteristics.

16 Voltrex is
a high performance regulator, extremely durable. The MR 16 first
stage is coupled with the famous Voltrex second stage featuring
a nickel and chrome-plated case and a very light technopolymer
cover designed to improve water flow. The V.A.D. system and the
super-flow hose make breathing extremely natural under all conditions.

16 Akros.
Black Akros secondstage, an offspring of Akros the regulator tested
in the most difficult conditions. It is fitted with the
special pivoting vane system which enhances the Venturi effect.
It also features the V.A.D. for improved breathing, as well as
metal blades and a finned by-pass to ensure smooth operation also
in freezing water. It is scratch resistant, with a "soft-touch"
external finish, black and breath-taking.
